ECOFIN has moved Barbados and Bermuda to the lower-risk annex II of the EU list of non-cooperative tax jurisdictions. Aruba has been removed from the list entirely.
This leaves 12 jurisdictions listed in annex I: American Samoa, Belize, Dominica, Fiji, Guam, Marshall Islands, Oman, Samoa, Trinidad and Tobago, United Arab Emirates, US Virgin Islands and Vanuatu.
