HMRC’s other listed locations document identifies airports, rail terminals and maritime ports and wharves as listed locations where easements to customs controls will apply from 11pm UK time on 31 December 2020. The listings have the force of law under the Customs (Import Duty) (EU Exit) Regulations, SI 2018/1248, reg 131E.
