HMRC have confirmed to the Low Incomes Tax Reform Group (LITRG) that the 2023/24 tax return form on gov.uk can be downloaded printed and submitted by the 31 October deadline for paper returns. This means those who prefer to file a paper tax return can do so without needing to call HMRC to ask for a copy to be posted out.
