Kenya has deposited its instrument of ratification for the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (the BEPS Multilateral Instrument). The Instrument will enter into force on 1 May 2025 for Kenya.
