New land transaction tax guidance

The Welsh Revenue Authority has published the following new guidance notes in relation to the Welsh devolved taxes (land transaction tax and also Welsh landfill tax):

• Authority to act with the Welsh Revenue Authority;
• Get extra help with tax;
• Paper return for land transaction tax;
• Land transaction tax for professionals; and
• Landfill disposals tax for landfill site operators.
