Notwithstanding the economic recession the UK remains attractive to investors who continue to regard real estate as a worthwhile asset class for their surplus funds.

The UK has after all a well developed real estate market combined with a relatively stable political environment a mature tax and legal system and a sophisticated financial services industry.

It is not surprising therefore that we are seeing a steady flow of interest in UK property particularly in certain locations notably within London and the South East.

A problem with any real estate acquisition proposition at present is the lack of conventional debt funding.
