It is not available to tax agents, but the online guidance says the department is ‘looking to provide an agent dashboard, and access to view their clients’ PAYE for employers and VAT tax position, at a later date’.
HMRC has now said, in a note published by the ICAEW Tax Faculty: ‘A client dashboard isn't currently available for agents, but you can still view your client’s tax position for Corporation Tax and Self Assessment using the relevant online service. HMRC are now working to provide agents with access to both PAYE for Employers and VAT view liabilities and payments, and subsequently an agent dashboard, which we expect to deliver in 2013/14.
