The Video Games Tax Relief (Amendment of Tax Advantages in Schedule 24 to the Finance Act 2016) Regulations, SI 2018/28, add video games tax relief to the list of tax advantages about which HMRC can collect and publish information with effect from 6 February 2018, to comply with the European Commission’s conditions for granting state aid approval.
