Andy Summers is a commissioner at the Wealth Tax Commission and an associate professor of law at the London School of Economics and an associate of the International Inequalities Institute at LSE. His teaching and research focuses on tax law and policy, particularly the taxation of wealth. His work also investigates the measurement of inequality using tax data.
