Malcolm White is Policy Adviser in HMRC specialising in financial services and is part of the HMRC Bank Levy Team. Previously he was on secondment to HM Treasury as a policy adviser where he worked on the Asset Protection Scheme and general banking sector issues including the Banking Code of Practice.
